Q: How can I request an offer?

Q: How quickly will I receive an offer?

A: We respond to most inquiries within 24 hours.

Q: Can I get better prices than those listed in the quote or catalog?

A: We always provide the best possible price from the start. However, for large quantities (minimum 33 pallets per assortment), we can try to secure a special price for you.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can place an order by emailing office@simonhandels.at.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: The minimum order size is 1 pallet per assortment.

Q: What is the shelf life of the products you offer?

A: The offered goods are subject to constant rotation, so most products have a fresh expiration date. If otherwise, we will inform you. Expiration dates can also be provided upon request when placing an order.

Q: Where can I pick up my order?

A: Your order will be available for pickup directly from the JDE logistics warehouse.

Q: How soon will I receive my order?

A: For products in stock: Pickup can be arranged within 3-4 days.
For products not in stock: The delivery time is approximately 21 working days.
Typically, stock quantities are limited to 1-3 pallets per assortment.

Q: Who covers the cost of transporting the goods?

A: All presented prices are EX Works 2000, Stockerau, Austria. We can assist in finding efficient transportation options, and in some special cases, we may cover the transportation cost—please ask for details.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Payment is made via bank transfer:
20% deposit upon order confirmation.
80% balance before loading.

Q: Can I get custom labels for my purchased goods?

A: Unfortunately, this service is currently unavailable. However, we will try to find a solution upon your request.

Q: What are the steps from placing an order to receiving it?

A: To complete an order, the following steps are taken:
1. We check the availability of the products at the warehouse.
2. You are informed about product availability, best-before dates (BBD), and the maximum delivery time.
3. You confirm the order and pay 20% of the value based on a proforma invoice.
4. Once all ordered products arrive at the warehouse, we inform you, and you pay the remaining 80% of the proforma value.
5. You arrange a truck for pickup and provide us with the truck number and driver’s name at least 24 hours before loading.
6. We send you the loading reference number.
7. The truck is loaded and dispatched to your location with the provided reference number.
